Printed balloons for business
Promotional balloons that leave with your customers.
A printed balloon costs pennies, gets carried out of your door by a child, and sits in someone's living room for weeks. Few promotional items work that hard.
Where businesses use printed balloons
- Store openings and relaunches. A branded arch at the door, bouquets on the counters and a box of air-filled balloons on sticks for handing out. Think Creightons' first anniversary at Markethill.
- Car showrooms. Floor-height sets of three beside each car, as we did for Nissan, with the logo printed in white on shiny black balloons to stand out against the paintwork.
- Shopping centres and retail parks. Seasonal campaigns, anniversaries and family days. Erneside's 30th bouquet is a good example.
- Trade shows and exhibitions. Balloons mark your stand from across the hall and give visitors something to carry back through the show with your name on it.
- Food and drink brands. Sampling days, supermarket activations and sponsorships. We printed sets of six for Dairygold and balloons for Barista Bar and Little Wing.
- Estate agents, dealerships, gyms, salons, pharmacies and cafés. Anywhere with a door and a reason to celebrate.
Which balloons to choose

| Branded arch or garland at the entrance | Top print | Logo printed on top where the arch is seen from, in your decorator's brand |
| Premium launch, awards, hospitality | Pearl Qualatex | Lustre finish that photographs well and suits black-tie settings |
Getting the brand right on a balloon
A balloon is a single-colour print on a curved surface, so a logo needs to be bold and simple. Most brand guidelines include a one-colour version; send that if you have it. If not, we convert your logo and show you the result on a proof before printing. For a two-colour brand we can change ink mid-run for £9, printing half the pack in each colour.
Match the balloon to your brand palette rather than the ink: a navy brand looks right on navy balloons with white ink, and the Fashion range's 31 colours cover most corporate palettes. See the artwork guide for file types and contrast advice.
Costs and quantities
Prices are per pack and include the print. The Fashion range starts at £49 for 10 balloons; the Budget range runs from £69 for 100 to £999 for 10,000, which is under 10p a balloon. Add helium, weights and ribbon to the same order so everything arrives together.
Decorators and marketing agencies ordering regularly should ask about trade pricing.
