Printed balloons for events
Make the entrance, the stage and the tables all say the same thing.
Printed balloons turn a venue into your event. One logo, repeated on an arch, a tower and every table, does more than a banner ever will.
Events we print for
- Product and venue launches. A top-printed arch at the entrance, towers either side of the stage, and sets of three on the tables.
- Anniversaries and milestones. A first birthday for a shop, a 30th for a shopping centre, a centenary for a club. Our Creightons arch and the Erneside 30th bouquet were both milestone jobs.
- Festivals, fun days and open days. Hundreds of air-filled balloons on sticks for handing out, printed with the event name or sponsor logo.
- Charity runs, walks and cycles. Balloons at registration, at the start line and at the finish, in the charity's colours.
- Conferences and awards nights. Pearl balloons in the sponsor's colours on every table, with the event logo printed on them.
- Sponsorship activations. Your logo on the balloons at someone else's event. Cheap for the sponsor, visible in every photo.
Planning the balloons for an event
Entrance
A classic garland arch uses about 200 balloons; a half arch about 100. Use top print balloons so the logo faces the people walking in, and mix printed balloons with plain ones in your colours to keep the cost down. A tower uses 25 to 50.
Tables
Sets of three or five helium balloons on a weight, with the logo on one or two of them. For a wedding-style look use the Pearl range; for a brand event use the Fashion range in brand colours.
Handouts
Air-filled Budget 12" balloons on sticks. Budget one per child plus a margin, order in the next pack size up, and remember they last weeks so leftovers are not wasted.
Helium
We hire cylinders from 3L to L size with seven days included, so you can fill on the morning of the event. Tell us how many balloons and we will size the cylinder.
Timing
Send artwork as early as you can, with the event date. We confirm a production date with your proof. Small packs are usually quick; large bulk runs and busy seasons need more notice, and we would rather tell you that up front than let you down.
