How ordering works
From artwork to balloons in four steps.
Send your artwork
Email your logo or message to adela@theballoonprinters.uk with the balloon range, colours and quantity you have in mind. Not sure? Just send the logo and tell us about the event.
Approve a proof
We convert your artwork for single-colour screen printing and send back a proof showing exactly how it will sit on the balloon. Nothing is printed until you say yes.
We print and check
Your balloons are screen-printed on our Lisburn presses and inspected by hand throughout the run, so a smudged logo never reaches you.
Collect or receive
Collect from Lisburn, or have the order delivered. Add helium, weights and ribbon so everything arrives together.

The Balloon Printers grew out of Luce Balloons in 2005, when we bought our first semi-automatic screen-printing machine rather than keep accepting blotchy, off-centre logos from other suppliers. Adela, who leads the printing department, brought the patience and attention to detail the job needs, and the quality jumped immediately.

Questions we get asked before every order.
What is the minimum order?
Ten balloons. Our Fashion range and Pearl range both start at a pack of 10, which suits a birthday, a small shop event or a trial run before a bigger order.
How many ink colours can you print?
One ink colour per balloon. If you want a second colour, we can change ink part-way through the run for £9 per change, so half your pack is printed in one colour and half in another.
Do you deliver outside Lisburn?
Yes. Many customers collect from our Lisburn workshop, but we deliver printed balloons across Northern Ireland and further afield. Tell us where you are and when you need them.
What artwork do you need?
A vector logo (PDF, AI, EPS or SVG) is best. A clear, high-resolution PNG or JPG usually works. We convert everything to a single-colour print and send a proof before printing. See the artwork guide.
